A high-capacity CNC powerhouse engineered for the most demanding sectors, including Skyscraper Structural Facades, Aerospace Frames, Tunnel & Bridge Ribs, High-Speed Rail, and Marine Infrastructure.
Massive Shaft Architecture:Features a monumental 150mm shaft diameter and a 530mm shaft height (customizable). This reinforced infrastructure provides the absolute rigidity required to prevent deflection when mastering extra-large, thick-walled metal extrusions.
- Supreme Servo-Hydraulic Force: Delivers a massive 70T standard X-axis thrust with an extended 600mm stroke. This closed-loop system provides the “raw-power-with-precision” necessary to yield high-strength alloys while maintaining ≤0.02mm repeat position accuracy.
- Unmatched Torque & Synchronization: All three shafts are independently driven by high-torque servos outputting a staggering Max. 30,000 Nm. This ensures synchronized, slip-free rolling (1-15 rpm) even for the heaviest structural sections, preserving surface integrity.
- Expansive Section Capacity: Specifically designed for massive profiles, with an insertion width of up to 530mm. This allows the machine to handle complex, large-scale Curtain Wall / Façade profile bending and heavy structural beams that smaller machines cannot accommodate.
- Multi-Axis Precision (Up to 15 Axes): Offers advanced modularity with optional control for up to 15 axes. This allows for the integration of complex auxiliary supports, 3D bending units, and CNC-controlled front shaft distance (680–1600mm) for maximum geometric flexibility.
- Intelligent 3D Workflow (Optional IPC): Supports an Industrial PC for direct DXF and .STEP file import. The system’s “Digital Brain” automatically calculates production formulas, simplifying the transition from complex CAD designs to high-force 70T production.
- Closed-Loop Radius Control: Fully compatible with Laser Radius Measurement & Correction Systems, providing real-time springback compensation. This is critical for maintaining consistency in long-span bridge components and aerospace structural spars.
- Engineered for Safety: Despite its massive power, the machine maintains an operator-centric design with the bending direction oriented away from the control station, ensuring a secure high-output environment.
